And More
AI Profile Summary
*Available on the Person Profile in Essentials, Professional, and Ultimate Packages
AI Profile Summary gives managers an instant, scannable overview of each person's complete risk profile, guiding coaching conversations with clear priorities for improvement and recognition.
- Assessment Summary: Creates a brief risk snapshot based on all data present on a person's profile: MVR violations, CSA incidents, telematics events, claims data, and training completion.
- Documented Events: Consolidates activity from within a selected time period, organized and categorized for quick review.
- Observations and Trends: Detects behavioral patterns that help managers proactively address risks before they become incidents.
- Positive Observations: Highlights positive behaviors the driver is doing right, encouraging balanced feedback and recognition.

License Monitoring
Reports
- Vermont license status monitoring now detects a broader set of license status changes, including surrenders, expirations and renewals, upgrades and downgrades, and restrictions and endorsement changes. More complete coverage means greater confidence that monitoring will trigger an MVR when a relevant change occurs.
- Oklahoma license monitoring now supports monthly MVR lookback intervals, rather than lookback intervals of 1, 6, and 12 months. The expanded monthly option closes the activity gap between pre-hire evaluation and monitoring enrollment, so you're not paying for MVRs on activity you already knew about.
The CSA Daily Event report now includes several new features that make it easier to filter, export, analyze, and share inspection and crash data outside of the SambaSafety platform:
- Inspections Download: Export a .csv file of inspection and violation details based on your applied filters for use in external reporting or analysis.
- Crashes Download: Export a .csv file of crash details based on your applied filters.
- Custom Date Range: Apply a custom date range beyond the default 30-day window to support longer reporting periods and custom compliance needs.

Risk Assessment
*Available with a Risk Assessment Package
CDLIS Report
Confirm CDL compliance and see a driver's full commercial licensing history in one place. CDLIS (the Commercial Driver's License Information System) checks whether a driver holds commercial licenses in more than one state, supporting the federal one-license requirement, and surfaces their prior CDL history. You can now order CDLIS reports directly on the platform, with batch ordering for multiple drivers and single, on-demand lookups, plus built-in reporting.

Motor Vehicle Records
New ways to order MVRs, score them, and keep recent history in view:
- Bulk Downloads: Retrieve multiple MVRs in a single action and manage every request from a dedicated Bulk Actions page, with status tracking and searchable history.
- At-Fault Accident Insight: MVR reports now flag whether a driver was found responsible for an accident, and the scoring model weights accidents by responsibility, so at-fault events carry appropriate weight for greater confidence in each assessment.
- Smart Sync: When a driver is enrolled in license monitoring, any MVR ordered for them through Risk Assessment in the past year will automatically appear on their profile, closing the visibility gap between pre-hire screening and enrollment. Surfaced MVRs appear on your invoice at $0.00.
Risk Assessment API
- HTML Report Format: Activity History and CDLIS reports are now available in HTML through the API, so you can render results in your application, generate PDFs, or archive formatted records.
- Stronger Webhook Security: Webhook payloads now include HMAC signature verification, so your systems can confirm each event came from SambaSafety before processing. New endpoints also make it easier to manage event subscriptions.
*Please Note: Some of the features mentioned above might not be available to all users. Access can vary based on subscription packages, capabilities, and user roles. If you have questions, reach out to your company administrator.
