He has played a crucial role in pioneering advancements with telematics that helped capture market-leading positions in Commercial Auto. 

Paul Z. Martin, CPCU, is the Director of Academic Content for The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. He develops and delivers quality insurance education for the Academy. He has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the insurance industry, such as adjuster, underwriter, agent, manager, and educator. He specializes in commercial insurance but also has expertise in personal lines, agency management, producer development, sales, ethics, and consumer protection. He is passionate about helping people learn and grow through engaging and interactive presentations.
