"I would like to enroll {Insert Your Company Name Here} into the Florida Weekly Status Monitoring solution and understand there may be additional alerts that will trigger MVRs to be ordered on my behalf."
Once we receive your authorization we will activate the solution, which may take up to two weeks to take effect.
